1. Introduction

2.1. Peak and Prime is an online medical consultation business, duly licensed and regulated by the relevant authorities, to provide prescriptions which will be fulfilled by a licenced pharmacist.
2.2. Prescription Medicines:
2.2.1. To purchase prescription medicines, you must provide a valid prescription issued by a licensed healthcare provider in the United Kingdom.
2.2.2. We reserve the right to refuse to supply medicines if we believe it is not safe or appropriate for the individual.
2.2.3. Medicines should be used as directed by a healthcare professional. If you experience adverse effects, seek medical attention immediately.
2.3. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medicines and Products:
2.3.1. Some medicines and products may be available for purchase without a prescription. Please follow the product’s usage instructions and guidelines.
2.4. As a healthcare service, we comply with the various regulatory requirements, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008. Our clinicians are registered with the General Medical Council and we use pharmacies registered the General Pharmaceutical Council to dispense the medications on behalf of us.

4. Ordering Process

4.2. Order Confirmation:
4.2.1. After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A clinician from PeakandPrime will then contact you to go over your answers to the online questionnaire and confirm your suitability for any treatment.
4.3. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation:
4.3.1. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and Peak and Prime will occur when we dispatch the Items to you.
4.4. Order Cancellation:
4.4.1. We may cancel an order in certain circumstances, including but not limited to unavailability of products, inaccuracies in product descriptions, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
5. Registration
5.1. Purchase of a product from Peakandprime.co.uk, will require us to form an electronic patient record which will contain:
Consultation data and Medications prescribed.
Personal Details such as Name, DOB, Address
5.2. You are required to contact us if there are any changes in your physical health or medical condition. This can be done via email to info@peakandprime.co.uk. This will ensure your on going suitability for treatment.
6. Payment and Billing
6.1. Payment Methods:
6.1.1. We accept various payment methods, as indicated during the checkout process on the Website.
6.2. Billing Information:
6.2.1. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information to process your order.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1. We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders promptly, subject to product availability and any delays beyond our control.
7.2. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service. We will provide estimated delivery times during the checkout process.
7.3. All medications will be sent by recorded delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel if it is a refrigerated item, as the quality of the product can only be guaranteed up to 24hrs, after which we will not be responsible for product degradation.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1. For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of prescription medication. If any order has not been shipped yet, please contact us at info@peakandprime.co.uk to cancel the order. If the incorrect medication has been received or is damaged or faulty, there we will accept returns of prescription medication.
8.2. You may cancel any order up until the point it has been approved by a clinician.
8.3. Any refunds will be returned to the method of payment used to pay. This will be for the price paid for the product. Refunds usually take 4-5 days to reach your bank account.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
